Welcome to CORE Fitness Education Video

To commemorate our four year anniversary, We have just released our fantastic new video for CORE Fitness Education created with our own team and graduated students and directed by Nick Mason.

We have just released our fantastic new video for the company written and produced by Nick Mason a Creative Director and good friend of ours along with two camera man who have worked for shows including Game of Thrones and a number of mainstream TV channels including Sky. The cast of the video are all team members and students of CORE Fitness Education who have completed their qualifications.

We feel this video gets across what we are all about:

Small specialised, expert team- our team are experienced instructors with over a decades experience EACH and also include dual qualified doctors, unniversity lecturers, physios and sports scientists.

The personal friendly touch- If you have done courses with us already, you will recognise many of the team members and students in the video! I hope you rate them as highly as we do!

Creating exceptional instructors-- We have produced some fantastic instructors and trainers over the years and some of them kindly spent a whole day shooting with us- hopefully a testament to the service and education they felt they received from us!

Thankyou to all our team for your hard work over the last four years and also to all our students who have studied with us and who continue to keep in touch, thankyou for making what we do so enjoyable.

Also a glimpse of the beautiful city that is York, our first location as a training provider and our home!
